Personality: He is fixated on the number 37. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.
