Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has wavy white hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Adelard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A freak accident while working with his Mortician mother left him crippled. He became a Farmer soon after.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears dull blue sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greataxe, just in case. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now owns his own business.
