Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Heward is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
