History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Hubert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Mayor soon after.
