Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Bernard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to unite with his brother

Personality: Heward wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Assassin. He has achieved small success as a Assassin.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new assassin responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Aldous was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ralf was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
