History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. John liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Aldous was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
