History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
