Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Ernest was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his left hand. His auburn hair is long and unkept. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Adam hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Adam began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
