Description: A middle-aged man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull grey iron scale mail, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Crown-heir business.

History: Born to a Navigator, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This man is very fat, and very much looks the part of a Tanner. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Bather like his mother before him.
