His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Kody has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Healer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
