History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bernard studied abroad. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
