Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a green shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and blue pants, marred by beers. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He is an epitome of beauty. His silver hair is still thick. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears long strands of opal and short pastel dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Adventurer and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears a tan collared shirt and blue pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in a small island village. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.
