His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now owns his own business.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
