History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Ernest and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ernest discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ernest fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Anthony was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
