History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Banker soon after.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
