Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Hubert was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Layabout. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Slave Trader who has hired him part-time. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Alex lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a black Stetson hat and black clothes. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his father's many stories. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miller. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Miles was taken on many hunting expeditions. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Miles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure
