In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Theodoric alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mason, and he later adopted a second daughter.
