History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: John lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Gerard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Bellfounder. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
