History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but he was a colossal failure. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he loathes his own lifestyle
