History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has achieved small success as a Sellsword.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
