History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a mace and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To protect his home; and balancing his hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult
