This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
