Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balimaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bellfounder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bellfounder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: Standing 5'5", this man is dressed in earthy colors with a violet and red handkerchief worn on his left side. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: Anselm hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears just a blue suit. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His ears are large.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Jocelyn's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Jocelyn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his glaive with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a hunchback. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the east
