Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Dean was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Simon hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Architect. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Architect.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
