He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Hugh was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
