Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His white hair is cut short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born in the west. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Blacksmith. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and carries bows. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His ears are large.
Personality: Thomas hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his painting dream.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and revenge

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with brown slacks. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and seeks redemption

Description: He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is a Scribe first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a scribe and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Servant like his mother before him.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
