History: Cory hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nicholas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nicholas. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Ralf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult
