Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, William took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
