History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
