Roland Hadlee, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
