History: Born in the west to a Painter, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many drow want him driven away

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Dean was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Dean's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Thomas will drive conversation. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has taken up work as a Shepherd and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he wants revenge against drow
