History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
