History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered orcs who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Reynard has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: John was born with his mother's beautiful face. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and doesn't want to be a sellsword and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Hugh was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Guard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
