His attire stands in sharp contrast to his mace, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born in the north to a Body Guard, Miles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Miles began to lead the lost caravan. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his mother before him.
