History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
