History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

After coming to the age of reason, Dean took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
