Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a Roofer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Bernard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to clean up the streets

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
