History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mason. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
