History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his painting dream.
