History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A 5'6" northern man, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His tied-back hair is auburn. He has blue eyes and a white hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Bernard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
