Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Drogo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He became a Bounty Hunter soon after.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to be a courier again

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his small blue hat.
Personality: Gilbert wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Guy was born the youngest of three triplets. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
