History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Reynard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Reynard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he seems to be bored by most things
