Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his father's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Trym is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Dustin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Bather like his father before him.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Lance has worked very hard to control his curse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his sister

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is wracked by social anxiety
