History: He was born in the north. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Fletcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has wavy golden hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Alexandre alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
