Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
