The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His head has been shaved. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants to get laid

Description: He wears bulky grey painted plate armor. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shortbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His hair is red and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available he will default to his rapier. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Justin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
