He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Lance was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lance's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: Gifted from a young age, Alex studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alex. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
