Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
