History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Theobald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He is content.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has achieved small success as a Sellsword.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and wants to work out more often

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jocelyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture
