Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Guy and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Born in the south to a Mayor, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
